Chicken tomato Capsicum

Chicken tomato capsicum:
Chicken tomato capsicum is really colorfull and presentable dish. It can be served at any time break. It can be served at lunch or dinner with any kind of rice like fresh polau, biriani or tandoori, chapati, parata etc. This dish has a mixed taste of sweet, sour and a bit hot that is simply delocious. Even your children will love it.  
Cooking Materials (Ingredients):
1. Chicken ( 1kg 400 gm, broiler, normal pieces)
2. large capsicums, cubed
3. large tomatoes, cubed
4. large onions, sliced,
5. 1tablespoon ginger garlic paste
6. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
7. ½  teaspoon red chilli powder
8. ¼  teaspoon turmeric powder
9. ½  teaspoon cumin powder
10. salt, as per taste,
11. oil
12. 6 green chilli (whole), 3 red chilli (break and take out the seeds)
13. whole garam masala ( 4 cardamom, 2 cinnamon, 2 bay leaves)
14. tomato sauce 2 tblsp., sugar 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Take sliced chicken into a bowl and add all spices, keep them aside for half an hour to be properly marinated.
Put your cooking pan on cooker and turn it on. Pour oil into the pan and wait until heat. Then add whole garam masala, sliced onion and fry till light brown. Add tomato cube and stir fry for about 2 or 3 minutes. Tomato become soft and thick gravy. Then add previously marinated chicken into it, mix well and cook for 10 minutes. When chicken become dry and oily then add 2 cups warm water and cook with cover untill the chicken get almost dome. Finally add capsicum, green & red chilli, sugar mix well & cover for another 3/4 minutes. Take out the cover, add some tomato sauce mix well & leave from the heat. This dish looks very colorful & has a thin gravy. You can enjoy this dish best with plain polau. To get best taste you must take it just after finish the cooking.
